Default Paphiopedilum parishii in bloom

Paphiopedilum parishii is quite rare orchid, at least in Europa.

Very nice plant. How long have you been growing it?

Yes they are, i use only rainwater not tapwater at all.
At growing time the plant needs a lot of water and light.

That's a spectacular Paph! Great growing.

As a side note, I see your trees in the background... are your leaves turning already? Is summer over? We're just really starting to have our summer!

No, no ... the picture was taken last season, but the same plant is now in bud, i send pictures later.

The summer is still continuing and i hope it last 2 months at least.

On the backside there is Cercidiphyllum japonicum ...
