Pretty one. Mine is no seedling but has me flustered. Tips on growing conditions?

thanks Dea.

lets see what yours might be missing.

These are low light plants. no direct light. leaves should still be a light apple green. Too dark green and not enough light. Too yellow green too much light.

They like to stay warm n moist not soaked with cold wet feet. I do water them 2 to 3 times a week now its gotten warm. Off growing season 1 time a week.
They need a quick drying mix. You can repot them at anytime. I prefer 33% medium bark, 33% large perlite, and 33% medium charcoal in plastic. The other 1%? That's pixie dust that falls from heaven .

You can adjust the mix. I need charcoal bec the city water is horrible.

1st Rays is good stuff I use that as directed weakly weekly. The plant came from Lehua and he sells good plants to start you off with and he uses Kelpak too..

Really doesnt need any special care being outside 9 months of the year. When it drops below 45 outside the paphs do all come inside only special treatment.

Did I miss anything? Hope that helps

TY. The only thing I may need to do is give it more warmth. Leaves and culture appear similar. I repotted 1 yr ago. Would you repot again now?. It has an old growth from which it bloomed from. Your plant has 6 leaves-mine has 4. My water is ~94-97 TDS...not bad. OK, I'll keep trying!

pretty! love the species where you can tell the identity a mile away. I'm glad more of these have been on the market recently. (that reminds me, I should get one)
