Paphs push my patience limits but so worth it. These little ones give lots of bang for the buck-little cotton ball. Well done.

Great (and unique) description!
It does look like a little chick popping up... glad I don't have to feed it

Thanks!
I really enjoy the small paphs. They can be slow, but they are steady.

Another one I really like (that does well in the terrariums) is P. barbatum var. nigritum. Divided and repotted 7 new growths which are beginning to go into flower mode. Will try to update and post some photos (especially now that I have some extra time on my hands during my virtual vacation in covidland).

A double in the bottom of the second inning

Thanks, appreciate the compliment.

I really like the small footprint of this Paphiopedilum (overall small size) and think it is a great cross. Has done very well in my 'warmish' set-ups... almost bulletproof.

That's a nice one! Small footprint, but bodacious bloom.
