Just come back from the N.E.O.S. show, unfortunately couldn't stay too long or for the auction - but I did get to see this plant!

It starting another spike and still has buds forming on the first. Gorgeous!

Going to be cheeky here and post a shot I took of it! But I'll let pharggy update you on how it did in show
Thanks Phraggy & great seeing you again!

Great seeing you again Michelle - and your hubby.
the plant got a 1st this time --- but it was the ONLY phrag on show!!!!
The auction went well but the prices were very low. I entered a 3 growth calurum and got £2 and a three growth grande fetched £5.

Yeah, I know! I like to think you scare the competition
All the Cypripedium types on show were very nice, but this Phrag is something else. Really starting to give me the bug about trying to grow them, especially after looking up the Phrag Prince Edward of York you told me about. So be forewarned that next time I see you I may have to bend your ear for a good while.

Low prices indeed. Wish I could have stayed longer, hopefully next time.

It's a Paph Prince Edward of York Michelle --- not a phrag.

See you,
Ed

- now you can understand why I refer to myself as permanently baffled!

Still ended up the first result on the image search, this will teach me to pay more attention to the image names and not trust my own memory.

A real beauty, what an inflorescence! I also love the name.
