Paph. liemianum is one of my favorite Paph species. It was the second Paph I ever bought. I think you will love it . Once it starts blooming it can go forever.

Hannah -

The Orchid Zone, Ltd.

That is only good for pictures though - They don't sell to the general public and I think their current wholesale rule is that to walk in the door you have to commit to at least $1500 for your shopping trip. The place is roughly the size of a football field. I haven't been there but someone offered to let me tag along one day. I've yet to decide in my own head if that would be a good idea or not. I think I'd have to pretty much get rid of the TV and the couch and any other seating in my living room to make room for plants first.

Terri - This is my 4th liemianum. 'Jake' is below. It was Tom from Golden Gate Orchids seed plant and when he decided to retire he let me buy it from him. It is huge and really amazing color but grows a bit different in that a new flower doesn't develop until the other has completely dropped. I got this other one yesterday as I think it will be much more free-flowering, and I can't have enough of them! I really like them, and chamberlainianum, which are near the top of my list.

Mine has for the most part been a sequential bloomer. It has held two flowers at once but not for very long.

I love chamberlainianum as well. It's a lovely flower.

Try Dean at Paphiness. He buys from Orchid Zone frequently. I purchased a very nice OZ fairrie from him last year. It's best to email him and tell him what you are looking for. His website is hopelessly out of date. I subscribed to his newsletter last year and have yet to receive it. Anyway, he's a nice guy and just busy I think.
