Hi! I use RO water and use very little fertilizer if any. I think part of the issue may be low humidity. I have this potted in semi-hydroponics culture so the medium is always very moist.

Hi Becca,ok so we should eliminate water,next question do you flush your plants from the top and let it drain or do you just change water?I flush mine every second day and don't have a problem with leaf brown tip.
