Default Misbehaving Phrag, Les Dirrioulilles

(Socerer's Apprentice 4N X Grande 4N X Gigantea) growing in my basement, in S/H, with 400W HID light.

Feb 2004, I asked Lynn Housermann to find me a really nice phrag. She asked Tom, and this is what he picked. Good choice.

It is so tall that I can't stake it up enough. It has 2 stakes in it now but it just goes where IT wants to go.

The first pic is what it looks like now - 8th and 9th flower, still more buds to come. The second pic is what it looked like about 2 months ago. It was just starting to out grow the 2 stakes and start to lean over.

I love phrags but I sure wish they didn't get so large........ and so tall. Some are a lot smaller but the long petal ones, which I like, always seem to be soooo tall.

Awesome, Marilyn. Is it guarding something behind that door, or trying to get out though it?

Its funny .. when I take them to go and water, they actually turn the corner before I do
Mine are do to hit the top of the ceiling soon.
