They still look healthy the flower spike buds have been there for about a month now and there only the size of my pinky, what should I do? Anything at all?

Just be patient! What kind of orchid is it? The buds take a long time to grow, and grow so slowly thzt you don't even notice it! My phals are blooming/in bud now, and the waiting for the buds to grow is agonizing!

Since July?!? Talk about needing patience! I don't know if I would survive the waiting.

Jay, Cymbidium buds need to get pretty large before opening. One month is pretty short.
