Default A couple of Paphs!

Here are a couple of photos from my small Paph. collection.

The first is Paph. glaucophyllum, a sequential bloomer that has been going since June!

The seccond is Paph. gratrixianum, which is the first successful bloom I've been able to produce on any of my plants in this genra. I've had others bloom, but they were in spike when I received them.

Don't you just love sequential bloomers? Talk about more bang for your buck. Great color on the gratrixianum! I like it a lot.

David, These are both really nice! You really can't beat the sequential bloomers for length of time in flower - they're super! Your glaucophyllum is really pretty!

I must say I really have a liking for the Paph. gratrixianum... the color of the pouch with the speckling on the dorsal is just wonderful.

Very nice, David!

I just LOVE that Paph. gratrixianum!

Too bad I do so badly with the slippers...
I'll just live vicariously through you folks who do well with them

Thanks for everyone's kind comments.

I was actually surprised by how orange the gratrixianum turned out when it bloomed. The photos I saw of it in the catalog did not seem this dramatic...don't worry, this is not a complaint. I like it too!
