Default Phrag. besseae

So here is the first of my Phrag. besseae to be photographed in bloom... I have many more coming into bloom later in the week (hopefully!)...

Is that growing quite cool Pat? Mine that bloomed wasn't nearly as red as that but my room got pretty warm in the summer

No, since this one put up a spike, it has been growing outside my porch in very warm temps. (I think the temp. around here finally dropped from the 90's down into the 80's)... normally, it would stay with the other Phrags., but I was going to mount it, then forgot about it...

That is very nice. The form is great and the colour is so saturated...it does look like it has been growing cooler. Thanks Patrick.
