This cymbidium just opened...all my others are long gone, so I was pleased to have this open so late.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Beautiful - both the blooms and the photos! Does it have a name?

We also have a few cymbidiums in bud that are about to bloom any day now. I'm curious to see if we have the same variety...

Looks like this might have some Cym. insigne in it Doc. I like the pink color. Is this a mini?

Adam, no it isn't a mini....in fact, it is rather a large cym. Makes it difficult to have very many of them It was one of several I got last year at a local garden store just as they were on the way to the dumpster....that's how I get many of my plants and so never really know what I have
