One thing about this forum is that you will get 12 different answers for a question from 10 different people.

A slightly lighter color, possibly even YELLOW, can be normal for Cyms at the lower part of the leaves. Yours look fine, except that they are over-potted, ie potted in too big a pot. There should be no more than 2" from division to edge of pot.

In regard to the depth of the bulbs in the pot, most people pot too high causing the bulbs to "rock" in the mix. I bury 1/3 of the bulbs and have for 40 years with excellent results. Your best guide is to look at a large, healthy division and see where it naturally settles its new bulbs. Be sure it is a HEALTHY division and not one where the mix has been washed out!

I have lifted the pbulbs up, but there is not really any pbulbs left. Is it possible that they will reappear?

In the first two pix it looks like you have a growth with a pbulb. Are those firm? How are the roots?

I'd pot these properly, with the rhizome just a bit below the surface of the media, and see how it goes. Psuedobulbs can shrivel, and in extreme cases become quite flat, but I don't think once developed can completely disappear. Severely shriveled pbulbs generally will not plump up again,but if the plant is given proper care, the new growth should develop healthy pbulbs with time.

Sadly, you do not have much of anything left including a fully mature bulb. What I see appears to be a few leaves still clinging to a shriveled bulb. A leafless pbulb or back bulb is the bulb which remains after all the leaves have fallen off. They do not regenerate in that form. In time, your plant will develop more new growths which will eventually reach mature bulb size and as they age, they may lose their leaves and thus convert to a back bulb.

Take White Rabbit's advice on this plant and down-pot it properly. it is in way too big a pot so downsize the pot to accommodate what good, firm roots remain. Add about an inch of well draining mix and then gently "screw" the remaining hard roots into it as you add more mix to the level as stated and tamp it down. Cover about 1/3 of the lower part of the bulb/s.

Your plant can be saved, but it will be several years before you have a bulb fully mature enough to bloom.
