Hey Des, I don't have any lights.... I'm too cheap! I grow in a G/H but the cymb are parked under a bench because they are too large go anywhere else with everything that is in the G/H. As they begin to open I bring it in the home and rotate different plants in an east facing large picture window. For me the summer driveway bake and fall cool down is what I believe got these guys to spike.
