Back when I lived in an apartment, a friend told me she had a Cymbidium to give me. I told her she knew I didn't have room for one of those. She said it was a miniature Cymbidium. Thinking of something that would fit in a coffee cup, I said OK. So when I saw her, she comes out with this thing in an 8" pot. I said, You said it was a miniature. She said, It is. It has a little bity flower. :-)

Oh well, I love it.

yeah.... I didn't know a lot about Cymbidiums back then. I still don't know much. I have 300 Phals and about 20 others. So when she said miniature... I assumed... well.... miniature. Its a funny story. This lady helped me get started in orchids. She's a wonderful person.

**chuckles** I looked at the picture first and immediately thought "those are so beautiful, but they are so big, I need to stay away from those" . .. . then I read your post and laughed out loud!

Ah well, it's gorgeous! And the flowers are . .. . mini. . .
