Smile New in Half Moon Bay

Hi all,
I thought that everyone might like a shot of what the new peloric Cymbidium Kakadu Sunset 'Fireglow' looks like. This one belongs to one of the people growing in the Co-op green house.

Very nice; do you know if the flowers are all the way open, or if they will remain cupped?

Red face cupped

Hi,

The flowers can open all the way on some of the meristems I have looked at. Its another case of meristem multations. Some open all the way, some cup, some don't have the peloric markings as much as others. The answer is buy it in flower!!!
