Wendy, I converted it to HTML, so you no longer need any viewers. It's linked at the bottom of your article.

Does the author retain the copyright / intellectual property rights?
Thanks

Yes, you're the author and you remain the author. I don't plan on publishing your information elsewhere, but it may be referred to and quoted on this forum by other members. This is public domain after all

I am a Professional Photographer and depend on my material being not plagiarized. However I also understand that once I post something (written or otherwise) on the web it becomes "up for grabs". Despite all the hype about copyright protection, if you (as an author) decides you have something worth protecting, go through the US Copyright Law protection system! I routinely post pics that, if stolen, are "no big deal" because they are low-res. If you are that concerned, then my advice is 1) Don't post or 2) Post and be aware that someone may (probably not) copy it and use it some other way. That's life. Sorry to come across so hard but yours was an accusatory post (by the hidden references that it might be copied).

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Gulp!
Perhaps I should rephrase the question. Does the Forum assume any rights with respect to the re-printing or any further publication of a submitted article?
I'll cancel the meeting with my lawyers.
Sorry for accusatory (!!?) question.

Rick, cancel the lawyer pow-wow and let's see the article... So much anticipation I can barely wait to see it
Just watch out though, Ross might publish it on his site
