This is a vandaceous orchid. There are several species of Acampe, Arachinis flowers that are fragrant and sport similar barred design. But all have prominent spur which is absent in this photograph. Perhaps this is Phalenopsis gigantea which has similar flower without spur.
Collection, sale of this spiecies is prohibitted under CITES.
