I have never entered a photo contest before so I am excited to try some shots this weekend. I also have hundreds of photos of wildflowers taken in Sequoia. I just have find few candidates. This will keep me busy

As I have never submitted a photo before, I was wondering what are "photoshopping" guidelines are. Can the image be cropped? Obviously I would have to resize it. What about adjusting white balance in Photoshop?

yep, go ahead and photoshop away! im not sure how the judge will feel about it if it is really out there. but minor post processing and adjustments are fine. its up to you how risky you want to make it. i think it would be cool
