The attached 2 pgs are a recipe for
Short Ribs Braised in Red Wine with Bacon, Parsnips and Pearl Onions. It is superb!!! A little complicated but so worth the effort!

I love short ribs. I'll have to try this...although I must admit, every time I read about Dutch Oven's it makes me a little bit nervous

edit: btw, if you're not sure what I'm talking about do a google search on "dutch oven dirty sanchez"

Sounds wonderfully delicious, complicated a bit ... lol ... hubby does the cooking, boiling water to is complicated to me...lol. Well, truth is I am a simple cook, he's the gourmet and complicated meals is his specialty...dinner at 7...
