Default Do we all have problems with squirrels?

This recipe takes many fewer squirrels than my favorite 'Sauce Piquant' with squirrel.

I prefer a good Squirrel Fricassée, although Nancy your recipe for Squirrel in White Wine Sauce sounds scrumptious!

I appreciate the fact that the receipe is for 2-4 squirrels! That shouldn't be a problem depending on how big they are....

btw, when I was in Peru in Cuzco we went to a restaurant and had guinea pig - a local delicacy! It was served roasted. It had a good set of teeth on it.... It looked like a rodent pulled out from a house fire. Tasted like chicken though My wife wasn't too impressed with my menu choice, hehe
