Default What's for Thanksgiving Dinner?

For us, a N.Y. Shell Roast, some kind of potato, spinach, corn souffle, brussels sprouts casserole, cherry pie and for appetizers-oyster rumaki and shrimp cocktail.

Sorry, we're traditional - Turkey (dressing is done already and bird is about ready for early AM) smashed potatoes and gravy, etc.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

We're traditional as well....except instead of trying to decide on which family meal to go to, we have one family meal on Thanksgiving and then my family meal on Friday....Thanksgiving all over again.

Default Well, both sets of folks are gone

So we kind of inherited doing the dinner. I got a repreive this year because of surgery, but I still bought the meat and I am providing the grill and rotisserie. I told my sister and brother if they would do Thanksgiving that I would do Christmas. I am sure I will have holidays unless, God forbid something would happen to me. Then I guess they would go out to eat.
