I did Atkins via a diet club, so may not be of much help. Did you Google Atkins? By the way it worked wonders for me and I really feel the club way is best 'cause they teach you how to go on your own once you leave the 'diet'.
I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)
