Default Low Carb/GI
Does anyone have any healthy low GI/Carb recipes that they could share with me? I'm looking mainly for lunch and dinner ideas.

I did Atkins via a diet club, so may not be of much help. Did you Google Atkins? By the way it worked wonders for me and I really feel the club way is best 'cause they teach you how to go on your own once you leave the 'diet'.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

I lost over 40 lbs on Atkins, then I went back to eating bread and potatoes, now all 40 lbs is safe back on me
