 Beautiful works of art there on the valentine's chocolates!
This one is superb. It has nice balance and movement in the design. I couldn't possibly break it to eat, it's too pretty. Is the flower white chocolate too?
and the bird on the log, is it white chocolate too or sugar? It looks excellent

Sorry Dave for missing this post. I can see you brought back so much information to the teaching table.  The Valentine chocolate is so cool looking and I'm with Fren..looks to good to eat. A great masterpiece

Everything in the pics in that album are either 100% chocolate or sugar!
Fren - the bird and flower are both chocolate, with the help of air brushed colored cocoa butter.
