I remeber these hard times. My baby is 1,5 years old now. I tried tons of various baby receipes when he was younger. It was time consuming and the worst thing that my baby never agreed to eat any of my masterpieces. He wanted the food for adults, so I gave up and started to give him our food but blendered or mushed. Of course, no grilled meat or mushrooms so far....

We bought one of these (3 cup capacity) and blended the meals we ate (some exceptions of course).

I would also prepare and chop/puree vegetables and fruit weekly and freeze it in ice cube trays. Defrost as needed.

Yeah I got one too, though not kitchen aid. I got a 2 cup capacity. We blend everything for him. I noticed that in order to blend meat into toothpaste like consitancy, I need to use a lot of meat. We end up eating the excess.

In addition to blender I use smallest grater (for fruits). It helps to get more puree out of less amount of fruits. Somebody suggested me to use sieve. The puree made with sieve is very nice but it is very laborous to make and you get very small amount of puree at the end of process.
