Default Scrambled egg with jalapenos and cheese burrito

Here is a great snack or even meal entre for any meal of the day.

Need:
burrito size flour tortillas
scrambled eggs
cheese: cheddar mild, medium, or sharp
Giuliano Jalapeno Spread

onto the tortilla lay down some
pats of the cheese, 3 or 4

using a fork dip into the jar of the jalapeno spread-not too heavy unless you like it hot!

spread the jalapeno mix across the pats of cheese on the tortilla
(I sometimes will add some finely chopped fresh tomatoes here as well)

Cover with scrambled eggs-be generous you desire it!

and cover again with 3-4 pats of cheese

FOLD THE TORTILLA:
bend over the sides
then fold the side nearest you over the top of the mix and the bent over sides
and roll the folded tortilla over.
The more you do this the better you will get-my first ones were INDESCRIBABLE!!

sit on a paper plate and microwave for 90 seconds on high

Let cool. Eat!!! Make more!!

I may just try one of those tomorrow for breakfast. Thanks for the idea. I plan to use shredded cheese however.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)
