Default How to make microwave scrambled eggs

It is 4-4-4!
That is:
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk or water added

Heat a tablespoon of butter or marg in a glass bowl for 30 seconds

then pour in the beaten eggs with milk or water added

then set time for 1 minute intervals for a total of 4 minutes
at the end of each 1 minute interval stir and break up the congealing egg
at end of 4th minute remove immediately HEAT ON HIGH

you may have to adjust the time on the final minute to keep your eggs moist.
these eggs can then be bagged once cool and frozen for later

You can also do this with eggbeaters, but you'll have to add some flavoring like hot sause, etc. 'cause eggbeaters have little flavor. Eggbeaters are egg whites with yellow dye.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)
