Marty - the chef supreme!
I'm thinking pork stir-fry with peppers, cauliflower, tomatoes (still from garden), etc. What say you?

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

I'm no chef supreme. Oscarman and Paphgirl are the chefs supreme. Personally I'm not big on pork stirfries. I typically do beef or chicken. Made lo mein today for dinner. Came out very nice. I live about 2 minutes from a chinese grocery. They bring fresh stuff every Friday. Sat morning is a complete chaos there as most of the Chinese community shops there. I'm usually the only 'white' dude there. It's pretty funny.

broccoli and onions - great in any stir fry. My favourite stir fry veggies are the garlic shoots (seen it only in the chinese store) snow peas, sprouts, carrots and baby bok & pok choi... I also love the wet black fungus.

No fungus! But I like the rest of the recipe. Agree on chicken, it's just that we had pork on hand.
