Bartolo – refreshing apperatif for heat-waves

Howdy! I don't know if there are any rules against posting cocktail recipes here (ya know, with alcohol), but just had to share this.

It is amazingly refreshing, thirst-quenching and perfect before dinner during heat-waves like the one we're going through right now.

The Bartolo.
Best to use either an Old-Fashioned glass or a Highball glass. (8-12 oz)

5 Parts grapefruit juice first, then
1-2 Parts Campari to taste, and finally
2 tsp. of honey

It must be stirred well to make sure it mixes.
Viola.
