In a shaker over ice, add the following ingredients per cocktail:
  • 1 shot vodka (1.5 oz)
  • 1/2 shot Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau
  • 1/2 shot cranberry juice (pure, unsweetened juice, not cocktail)
  • juice of 1/2 fresh, ripe lime
Shake well until very chilled, pour into martini glass, and fill with brut prosecco.

Costco has a great Prosecco under their Kirkland brand. $6.99 a bottle here. Much better than the Trader Joe's Schloss Bieberich sekt for a dollar more. And the lavender foil neck wrap makes it a favorite gift for hostesses.
