Default Artichoke dip

1 can artichoke hearts (240g drained weight)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
(I use light mayo and low fat sour cream)

Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and blend with a hand-blender.

Delicious with a variety of crackers!

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't work! The weight I listed in the ingredients list is straight off the side of the can, but in terms of number there are usually about 4 hearts in a can. This recipe makes a LOT of dip. You could definitely get away with less mayo / sourcream / parm for 4 hearts. If you try it let us know how it turns out!
