Christina, haven't you noted the food warnings on the menues about eating rare or raw foods? Wow! Bad experiences can happen.

I have eaten rare and raw meat all my life without ill effect. It is the sloppy handling in the slaughter houses and poor disinfecting and cleaning of said places that is causing problems. I like sushi too. :evil:
