Default PB & J French Toast

, I saw this mentioned on the Food network and had to try it. So here's the recipe!!

You will need
French Bread
PB & J (peanutbutter and Jelly)
French Toast batter (milk/egg mixture and pinch salt)
powdered sugar

Heat griddle or pan on medium with cooking spray
Slice bread about 3/4 in. thick
spread with PB & J
Dip sandwich in batter (allow enough time to soak in)
Fry both sides till GB&D (golden brown and Delicious)
Dust with powdered sugar (as if it needs it)

Dig In

Oh Ramon,
PB & J sandwiches are the best comfort food! That with a cup of tea....or milk.
