Figs stuffed with walnuts Female

As I look at them... and can't stop eating them, I realize that this is a balanced meal... there's protein in the nuts, greens and fruit, and just a bit of carbs. So I can eat without guilt.

Be careful how many you eat in a day - they are a natural laxative!

Indeed... not as much as they will be once I start dehydrating them and snacking on the result. (Think prunes) Fiber in one's diet is a good thing!
