Default Question about Dendrochilum magnum...

Hi all,

I have a question about Dendrochilum magnum... I am actually a bit confused... I bought one plant last year, which is currently doing very good and look very happy (Pic from December http://www.orchidboard.com/community...php?photo=9081)

However, in many pictures I have found in internet, the PB looks different than in my plant (e.g. Google-Ergebnis für http://www.firstrays.com/Pictures_orchids/Dendrochilum_magnum.jpg) Other pictures look indeed more like mine....

Is this due to different Biotypes of the same spacies?

Ramon, the pseudobulbs on your plant look normal to me. It might just be a young plant, as this species lives up to its name and eventually becomes quite large. The pseudobulbs on my plant look very similar to yours; they're just a bit larger because it's a much larger plant.
