Pleione Tongariro
Pleione Torgariro is very nice terrestrial orchid, going through the same cycle every year - dormant tuber in the winter (mine gets few months in the fridge), in the spring sprouting, blooming, growing leaves and new tubers, going dormant in the fall. It does enjoy all the cold fronts we have this winter!

That is gorgeous! I think I need to get mine out of the fridge and pot them up. This is my first year with them so I am glad to hear someone else has been successful overwintering them in the refrigerator.  |
