Default Coelogyne flaccida

As you can tell the newest growth on this plant is smaller than last year's.

I suspect I am not watering enough and plan on growing it in smaller bark (seedling grade)

I am growing it intermediate. Min night temp 50F/10c. Not much of a winter rest except not as much water.

It did flower this year but only 2 blooms. When I bought it last year it had a string of blooms of 7-8 flowers.

Any thoughts or comments?
