I love pleiones. Such cute little plants with relatively large flowers. I don't have anywhere cool to store them while dormant at this point though, so I have to settle for enjoying pictures of others' pleiones. Thanks for sharing!

A note on blooming in the dark garage: that shouldn't effect blooming, as the flowers should already be formed after the last growing season. If they were mature enough to bloom and all their requirements were filled during the last growing season, they should bloom anywhere, but to grow and produce flowers for next spring they will need to be moved somewhere with more light. For those who might think that these flowers were produced by plants that grew while in the dark garage, these growers are just using the garage to store the plants during their dormant, leafless phase. Not trying to be condescending or anything, just thought from a couple comments that this point needed clarification. I wouldn't want anyone trying to actually grow pleiones in a dark garage.

Thanks for clarifying. I guess that was a little misleading. I did keep Pleiones all spring, summer, and autumn outside. I took them in the garage for the winter for their rest and chill period.

Personally I didn't find it misleading. It just sounded like one or two other people might have come to that conclusion, so I wanted to make sure. Thanks for sharing your beautiful blooms with us!
