Default Cattleya nobilior

This usually blooms for me in January. Not sure why it's blooming now. The Autumn has been unusually warm but I can't see how that would affect it.

Have you changed your growing conditions?

Unless we grow in an "hermetic" environment (terrarium, greenhouse, etc) we must change our conditions to compensate weather anomalies. Otherwise we are creating anomalies in our growing conditions.

Not that I can remember. The growing space is influenced by the outdoor temperature a bit so that may account for it.
