I bought this as a large specimen and then stupidly divided it into two plants and thought I killed it. But over a year and a half period of time, it started to thrive again. I've never seen it bloom so am wondering if what I see here is a forthcoming sheath / bloom? I have other Catts, but they don't look like this. Thanks

I don't grow this, but it looks like a spike - not all Catt alliance get sheaths (some hybrids will bloom both from sheaths, and without sheaths)

Ok, great. Hopefully it will make it all the way through the blooming process.
