Default Cattleya intermedia var. alba (kind of)
This is the first time this species is blooming for me, and even though it didn't really turn out to be the alba it was sold to me as, I think I'll keep it. It's very easy to grow, and (so far) has remained a tidy and compact plant.

I love the little bit of wine stain against it's milky whiteness.

If I had it, of course I'd keep it too. It is an uncommon semi-alba variety (albas are really common, but this one I wouldn't say the same).
