It finally opened! It is such a intense dark purple that the best picture I could get was by taking it into the bathroom. So please excuse the messy sink. This is my first cattleya ever so I'm excited!

I just wanted to thank everyone for there lovely comments and also let everyone know that it is scented. It's a spicy sweet scent. Very pleasent.
