This is a hybrid of C. aurentiaca x L Coronet. It opened a bit more this year than normal but will never win any awards for form. I grow it for the color and it's a reliable bloomer.

Sorry, I didn't know about it. I haven't been involved with the MOS or any other orchid societies in quit a while and, living in the Thumb, don't get too much news about these sort of things.

Ironic that it's in Madison Heights though. I graduated high school from Lamphere.
