Default Cattleya trianaei coerulea

This has been an interesting trianaei to say the least. When I first got it I grew it very cool. It responded by making me think it was a coerulean concolor. The lip so lightly colored just like the tepals. The following years I grew it warm and as you can see it is no concolor.

Thanks. This one has been in bloom since a couple of weeks before Christmas and is still going strong. Flower longevity is one of the wonderful traits of this species

I have a young coerulea version myself, I'm hoping it will get big enough to bloom within the next year or so. Glad to see a photo of one here! Beautiful!
