Default Yes, definitely a cross of C Floralia's Azul x Rth Lois McNeil

Well, I looked up some pictures online of C Floralia's Azul and Rth Lois McNeil and I can definitely see a cross of the two producing the orchid blooming now on my patio.

I'm not surprised...that's exactly why I said you should probably just keep on doing whatever you've been doing. When it comes to some of these hybrids we can find "general" guidelines but it's not unusual to find adaptability outside the suggested parameters.

It's been happy and doing beautifully under your care...so, yep...just keep on doing what you've been doing.

Default A second plant now blooming

The flowers on the first plant have faded and gone but now a second division is in bloom. Here are some pictures from today, a beautiful Southern California Fall day.

Default Thanks Katrina

Yes, I'm glad also that I found a name. I had this one in a large pot, last spring I broke it out into 4 divisions, and it makes it easier to hand these out to folks knowing what to call it vs. calling it a NOID.
