Here are some pics of when the new pbulb pushes new roots. These will start to grow when the pbulb has reached maturity and often after the pbulb has flowered and and is pushing new pbulb bud growth. This ios when you want to repot. It gives the new pbulbs the most amount of time to grow roots into the media. Halfway to maturity is when the plant decides whether it is going to focus it's energy on flower production or additional foliar growth.
