Is that C.milleri or L. milleri? What species is the orange gem and anzac? Is it Laelia anceps?

It's C. milleri. C. Jinn is a primary hybrid of the species C. coccinea and C. milleri. C. Orange Gem and Anzac are hybrids they're not species. The parents of Orange Gem and Anzac are also more hybrids.
C. Orange Gem (C. Elinor x C. G.S. Ball)
C. Anzac (C. Marathon x C. Dominiana)

That's as far back as my chart goes (1899). I'm sure a little more research could go further back.
The list of species in the plants background includes
C. schroderae
C. dowiana
L. pururata
C. coccinea
C. milleri
C. cinnabarina
Some of those may have been considered Laelias at one time but now they're all considered cattleya, including purpurata.

You can also use the RHS orchid registry database The International Orchid Register / RHS Gardening

Just to let you know, you can use the Royal Hortricultural Society Orchid Registration Data Base for free. Orchid Wiz costs $95 and the Encyclopedia version is $295.
