Slc. Little Hazel 'M'

I got this little mini Catt from Ching Hua Orchids at a show 2 weeks ago, and the buds are starting to open! Now with all the naming changes going on, I don't think that this one is called Slc anymore, but probably just Cattleya.

The plant is about 6 inches tall, and the blooms are a little over 2.5 inches across. It's a nice, bright, deep red with a yellow throat but my camera has a lot of trouble with reds, either they come out pale or oversaturated. This is the best I could do, and the yellow is not very noticable.

That's a beautiful red! And fairly compact too. What more could you ask for?

Thanks! I fell in love with it when I saw the sample plant on the table. And it was quite cheap as well.
I'll try to borrow a friend's DSLR camera once it's in full bloom to get a better photo, the red is much deeper than it appears.
