Wow. What a show. I'm drooling for this and other plants exposed here in Orchid Board
As I'm still crawling on the cultivation of orchids, I have many plants still new. I have one and one cernua coccinea, but in anticipation of blooms.
Congratulations cultivation.
Have a good week

Sorry Tindo...I assumed you grew your cernu in a terrarium...I dont have a terrarium. I am a windowsill grower.

Thank You, Evan !

Thanks you, Steve !

Thank You, Rinaldo... this is a plant originally from Brazil; but it is a strain improved import from a lab in Japan that SVO also improved upon. Abraços

Thank You, Arenal !

Rinaldo, only one bulb? That will set it back to a season until you can form two more growths at least before it will bloom for you...
but since it is a melhoração strain; your plant might bloom with just one bulb one never knows what these modern strains are capable of nowadays...

Prime shape of sepals and petals and wonderful intense colour. You picked an excellent plant and managed good growing. Thanks for sharing so much information about breeding too.

Vielen dank, euplusia!

I am sure you can find this plant sold in your area.
The new and improved strain is healthy and immune to some sickness and weakness originally suffered by the plants found in situ...
they also improved on the color, size and form
