It is a well known white cattleya. The bloom is about 18 cm in width. Slight fragrant!

Hi Pheli! This is the most famous Rolf Altenburg's cross! (Florália, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). The clone was named "Innocence" because of the small pink stain on the edge of the lip, visible in your photo. For the late Rolf, this would be the drop of blood spilled in the loss of an innocent girl's virginity. It's beautiful, isn't it?
