Your plant looks healthy to me. This species, in my experience, does not produce a lot of roots. While I would agree with Rob that Euchile citrina isn't known for being a species that appreciates high humidity levels, the plants I have grown have done very well in the hot and humid summers where I live (daytime temperatures of 33 C and higher are normal here, along with humidity levels between 80 and 95%--neither of which, according to the literature, Euchile citrina is supposed to prefer). If you can supply a lot of moisture during the growing season (watering the plant every day shouldn't hurt it since you have it mounted), followed by a cool-to-cold, dry winter rest, this one should do fine for you.
